Payment:

We offer the following payment options:

If you have selected payment in advance (bank transfer) in the ordering process, please transfer the total amount to the following bank account, stating the order number. You will also receive the account number in the e-mail with the confirmation of your order.

If you pay in advance (bank transfer) you will receive a 2% discount on the total order amount.

Processing times:

After we have received your payment, we usually need 1-2 days to prepare your order for dispatch. For larger orders, the processing time can be extended by an additional day.

Shipping:

We send our goods within the European Union. We send all orders as a package either with Hermes (national shipping) or DHL (international shipping), insured and with shipment tracking. You will receive the tracking number for your package in the e-mail with the shipping confirmation after your order has been completed.

Shipping costs Germany:

We charge a flat rate of 4,95 EUR for a national shipment.

From a 75,00 EUR value of goods, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping costs European Union:

We charge a flat rate of 15,99 EUR for a shipment within the European Union.

From a 250,00 EUR value of goods, shipping within European Union is free of charge.

Belgium, Denmark, Croatia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria: 2-3 days

Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary: 3-4 days

Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Spain: 7-9 days

Cyprus: 10-12 days
